(20 memberships available)   * Families are defined as up to two adults and any dependent children under 23 years of age living at the same residential address.  Full payment is required to secure your membership. You will be assigned a membership number. Each visit you will be required to sign in at the front desk of the Aquatic and Fitness Center.  (Easy access through computer sign in.) 2. You may reserve 1 hour for singles; 1 1/2 hours for doubles. 3. You may not have your name down on the court sheets more than 2 times during a 4 day period. 4. You may reserve a court time 4 days in advance. 5. During the same day, you may not reserve a court time twice during a prime-time period.  (9:00AM-3:00PM weekends or 5:00PM-8:00PM weekdays) 6. Adult members have priority of courts. 7. Guest policy:     a. All guests must be registered at the front desk by a member.     b. One day guest fee is $6.00     c. A Maryland resident may only play 2 times per month as a guest with a maximum of 6 times per season. Out-of-town guests are excluded from this rule.         (Arrangements must be discussed with the tennis club management.) 8. All members and their guests are expected to dress in tennis apparel and wear tennis shoes. 9. All full privilege members have the right to participate in any sanctioned club activity for which they qualify. 10. The code of ethics and procedures of play as established by the U.S.T.A. will be observed at all times. Adherence to these regulations by everyone using the facilities will make tennis more fun and a better game for all.  (This code will be posted on our bulletin board.) 11. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. 12. Any tennis only member or their guests using Medowbrooks's pool, whirlpool, or fitness center without permission or being a guest of a Meadowbrook Summer Member will be expelled from the club. Their membership fee will be prorated, and the unused portion returned to the minus a $100.00 administration expense. 13. Because of regional swim events, the courts could be closed because of parking problems. You will be notified in advance of these few inconveniences. 14. We reserve the right to suspend and expel any member not adhering to the above rules.
