Flying Lotus shared their score for Ozzy’s Dungeona short horror film he co-wrote and directed that debuts today as part of V/H/S/99, the latest installment in the found footage anthology series. You can watch it on Shudder and hear the Flying Lotus score on all streaming platforms.
Ozzy’s Dungeon is Flying Lotus’ second foray into filmmaking. In 2017, he shared his first feature film Kuso, a sickening midnight horror extravaganza starring Tim Heidecker, Zack Fox, Hannibal Burress and George Clinton. In January this year, he announced his return to directing with a new sci-fi body horror film titled Ash; the film is written by Jonni Miller and follows a woman who “wakes up on a distant planet to find her space station crew savagely killed, her investigation into what happened setting off a terrifying chain of events.”
Prior to Ozzy’s DungeonFlyLo composed the Netflix anime soundtrack Yasukea reimagining of the legend of the first black samurai, as well as that of Steven Soderberg Perfect and the opening theme of the Magic Johnson documentary series They call me magic.
