Team LeBron beat Team Durant 163-160, as Steph Curry went for a game-high 50 points and an All-Star Game-high 16 3-pointers. LeBron James iced the game with a turnover jumper to score the 163rd point of the night en route to 24 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Giannis Antetokounmpo had 30 points, 12 boards and six assists for Team LeBron.

Joel Embiid led the way for Team Durant with 36 points, 10 rebounds and four assists.

Just before the match started, it was announced that Chris Paul had been diagnosed with a fractured right thumb. The plan is for Paul to be reassessed in six to eight weeks. Learn more here.

The NBA Legends Awards and NBA G League Next Gem Game also took place earlier on Sunday.

On Saturday night, Obi Toppin won the dunk contest title after defeating Juan Toscano-Anderson in the final round. Toppin won it by going between the legs and tapping the ball to the backboard before throwing it away. The contest had a winner, but the memes will be out. It wasn’t pretty.

New 3-point champion Karl-Anthony Towns is the first big man to win the event since Kevin Love in 2012. Towns finished with 29 points in the final round. Earlier, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen won the skills challenge in front of their home fans.

Fast forward to Friday’s Rising Stars event, which this year featured a three-game mini-tournament. Cade Cunningham won the MVP.
