The rewards of the game helped shine the spotlight on the best workers in the gaming industry. However, many people watch the Game Awards more for announcements and disclosures than for the awards ceremony itself. While acknowledging the successes of the award winners, we now turn our attention to some of the best new games revealed. Here are the 10 best new games from ClutchPoints Gaming revealed at the 2021 Game Awards (in no particular order):

Star Wars Eclipse

All new game defined in the Star wars the universe is destined to attract a lot of attention. Star Wars Eclipse already generated a lot of buzz with just one trailer alone. Developed by Quantic Dreams (Heavy Rain, Detroit: become human), Eclipse will focus more on storytelling and likely focus on intrigue and mysteries. The game takes place in the era of the High Republic, rarely explored, Eclipse will open many doors for the future of Star wars Games. The game currently does not have a release date, so expect the game to release no earlier than 2023.

Home world has always been one of the most skill-demanding RTS games on the dawn of the RTS generation. With the return of Age of Empires 4, interest in RTS games has reached a new peak. Following the success of AoE4 along with other successful RTS returns can help the genre resurface. Perhaps with a new editor, this time in the form of Gearbox, Homeworld 3 could get a lot of attention when it finally launches in Q4 2022.

Slitterhead

From the original creator of silent Hill franchise comes a new horror game. It’s no TP Where Silent hills, but don’t rule out the spirit of Keiichiro Toyama and the music of Akira Yamaoka from giving us chills. There is already a lot of body horror and gruesome imagery from the trailer alone, but the game is very gripping. There is a certain charm to this game that draws you in, even if you know better than to approach something so horrible.

Wonder woman

This one is interesting, and very timely too. We don’t have a lot of superhero games with female protagonists, and we can always start with DC’s iconic Amazoness, Wonder Woman. There are not many details about this game yet, other than that it is being worked on by the Shadows of war Monolith developers, and that it will be released on next-gen consoles. Monolith vice president and studio director David Hewett said the game would also have the Nemesis system popularized by the Shadows of Mordor series, but how this can be applied in the world of Wonder Woman is still currently unknown. Still, this game makes our list of the 10 best new games revealed at the 2021 Game Awards purely because of the star power of the game’s heroine.

Alan wake 2

After ten years, and after much speculation, Alan Wake is finally back! There is so much hype surrounding this release, and rightly so. Alan Wake’s original story garnered praise from critics and gamers alike. Now that he’s gonna be back, game director Sam Lake says this time around, Alan wake 2 will be a survival horror game. This evolution will keep the game fresh and may also introduce new gameplay elements to show off Remedy’s own Northlight Engine. With publisher Epic Games on its heels, this game is sure to make a splash in the industry once it releases in 2023.

Steel rise

This game looks like a marriage between Souls games and NieR: Automata, not only for the use of cyborgs in the game, but also because of the dark themes and art style. A free-to-play sci-fi team-based space shooter, there’s a lot to love RCAF Raiders. The art style is superb, the weapons look interesting and interesting, and the enemy’s design is unique. Finally, Sonic is in an open world game! The very prospect of Sonic being in an open world unto itself is breathtaking. With the success of games like Sound colors and Sonic Mania, it’s time for Sonic Team to go back and try something new. Sonic’s new movie will surely help promote this upcoming game, but it’s not like the Blue Flash needs any more introduction. Still, there is some skepticism about whether or not this game will work. 3D Sonic games, after all, have historically failed. You have games like Sonic forces, that it is better to forget, you know that. Either way, we’re sure plenty of Sonic fans will keep an eye out for this one.
