VGK Reiterates as Winners of NHL’s ‘Stanley’ Award for Game Presentation

VEGAS (September 28, 2022) –The Vegas Golden Knights have won The Stanley again for best game presentation in the league, the NHL announced Wednesday morning live on NHL Network. The Stanleys are NHL club business awards recognizing the great accomplishments, creativity and results of NHL teams. Vegas also won the 2020 Stanley for Game Presentation, the only other time it has been awarded.

“It’s exciting for our franchise and a testament to our team working every day to create the best possible experience at The Fortress,” said the President and CEO. Kerry Bubolz said. “Obviously this is Las Vegas and we have very high expectations in the entertainment capital of the world, so it’s gratifying to be recognized for the spectacle we put on at our games.”

The Vegas Golden Knights were finalists for two Stanleys: Game Showcase and Sponsorship Activation. The NHL received a record number of submissions for the awards announced today, which recognize excellence during the 2019-20 season.

The Stanley for Game Presentation is the fourth won by the Vegas Golden Knights since the club’s inception. The Golden Knights won Commissioner’s Award in 2018, Social Media Club of the Year in 2019, and Game Presentation of the Year in 2020.

The Vegas Golden Knights are a National Hockey League franchise owned and operated by Black Knight Sports and Entertainment LLC. The Vegas Golden Knights were created by founding partners Bill Foley and his family and the Maloof family.
